Sabrina was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She was licensed as a permanent makeup artist the day she turned 18. She offers microblading, microshading, freckle tattoo, beauty mark application, tooth gems and licenses and trains permanent makeup artists.
As a fellow permanent makeup artist, she knows what it takes to be successful. It has been her goal to open her own salon and she's proud to offer these luxury salon suites for rent to fellow permanent makeup artists, lash brow artists, and estheticians.

1. How far in advance should I book my tour?
We offer same day tours . Our receptionist is available for showings Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. If you need to book your tour on a Saturday or Sunday, please email [email protected] to schedule your appointment.
2. What features do the studios offer?
All studios are private with cabinets and sinks. 50% of our studios have windows. Availability is first come, first serve.
3. Is the salon licensed for cosmetology, permanent makeup and massage?
Yes. The Ink Bar Studios is licensed for cosmetologists, permament makeup artists and massage therapists.
4. Does the salon have a washer and dryer?
Yes, we offer FREE washer and dryer services.
4. Do you offer 6 month leases?
At this time, we do not offer 6-month leases. All studio rentals are available on one-year terms or longer. Many of our tenants have been with us for several years, and we are looking for professionals who plan to grow their business and stay long-term with our community.
